2-Finger Grips

Our 2-Finger Grips are our only unisex grip. The width of our 2-Finger Grip is the most narrow of any other 2-Finger Grip. The fold is thicker through the application of a patch to provide the fingers with greater leverage. These grips provide a very efficient hold on the pull-up bar, rings, and kettlebells.
